General Conditions of the Purchase Contract

The general conditions indicated in this document regulate solely and exclusively the purchase and sale of fireplaces, stoves, barbecues and products offered by Barbacoa Sevilla through its website www.barbacoasevilla.com

The Legal Notice published on this website identifies the website owner in accordance with Article 10 of the Law on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce. This Legal Notice also contains information on the personal data protection policy developed by Barbacoa Sevilla.

The products offered on this website are intended for private consumption, and therefore their purchase is subject to the conditions set forth in the sales contract.

The purchase agreement is considered concluded when the customer expressly confirms their order. To do so, they must first accept the general terms and conditions indicated. For this reason, Barbacoa Sevilla recommends that its customers read the entire legal notice published on this website and the general terms and conditions, which specify the product specifications, price, and shipping method, before issuing the acceptance that formalizes the order for the products and concludes the contract.

This contract is entered into within the legal framework established by the Civil Code, Law 7/1998 on General Contract Conditions, and Law 7/1996 on the Regulation of Retail Trade. Therefore, the consumer has all the guarantees established for their protection in Law 26/1984 for the Defense of Consumers and Users and Law 23/2003 on Guarantees in the Sale of Consumer Goods.

Furthermore, this contract is entered into within the general framework established for Electronic Commerce by Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.

Likewise, the data provided by the customer during the purchasing process is processed as prescribed by Organic Law 15/1999 on the Protection of Personal Data, as described in the Privacy Policy section.

Once the selling party and the object of the sale have been identified in the current catalogue on the website, and with reference to the information on the characteristics and price of each item contained in its corresponding file, this contract is concluded in accordance with the following conditions:

Warranty, Withdrawal and Return

Product Conformity Guarantee: Returns will only be guaranteed if the product arrives broken or in poor condition to the customer. The customer must immediately report the incident, providing photographs for verification. In the case of a defective product, the seller must proceed, as appropriate, with repair, replacement, price reduction, or termination of the contract. These procedures will be free of charge to the consumer and user.

Manufacturer's Warranty: Each brand offers its own product compliance warranty, which accompanies the product documentation and is valid for at least two years. If you need to use the product warranty, we will help you manage and expedite the process with each manufacturer.

Commercial Guarantee: Under this formula, we assume our commitment to the information we provide you in any of the established formats, whether electronic catalogs, offers, telephone communications, or email.

Right of Withdrawal: If the customer exercises their right of withdrawal, they will be responsible for any damage caused by improper use of the products received. We therefore recommend that you notify us in advance of your intention to exercise this right and allow us to process the return with our shipping agencies to ensure the product is in good condition and expedite the process for a prompt refund of the amounts paid.

In all cases, refunds will be issued upon receipt of the items at our warehouses. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with complete documentation. The refund, less return shipping costs, will be processed via bank transfer within a period of no more than 7 days.

We have a form available to exercise this right, which you can request by email or by calling customer service.

Pricing or information errors

Barbacoa Sevilla makes every effort to ensure that the information, prices, and product features published on the website are accurate and up-to-date.

However, typographical, update, or technical errors may occur that affect the price, description, or availability of a product.

In the event that a clear error is detected in the price (for example, an amount significantly lower than the actual value of the product), Barbacoa Sevilla reserves the right to cancel any order affected by such an error, even if it has been confirmed and/or paid for.

In such a case, the customer will be fully reimbursed for any amount paid, without giving rise to any right to additional compensation.

If the customer wishes, they may place a new order once the price has been corrected.

Shipping Policy

Pick up in store

This way, you can shop comfortably from home and pick up your purchase at our store.

How does it work?

During the checkout process, select in-store pickup as your shipping method.

Payment methods

You can choose to pay for your order by bank transfer or credit card. Once the transfer or deposit has been credited to our account, your order will be reserved for 60 days. After this period, the order will be returned to our warehouse.

Transportation agency

We manage shipping through selected companies. Generally, a delivery period of 7 business days is established for the product, priced at €10, once the order has been placed. Delivery times may vary depending on product availability and destination. Customers can always check the status of their shipment using an online tracking system.

The shipment is considered complete upon unloading at the foot of the vehicle, at street level. The driver will be solely responsible for transporting the product beyond the vehicle, and under no circumstances will the product be loaded onto any floor. The customer will be responsible for all necessary labor for this task.

Product review: It's important that when you receive the merchandise, you check its condition in front of the delivery person and let us know that everything is correct.

In the event of damage to the goods during transport, the customer must:

Record it on the carrier's delivery note.

Please notify us by calling 955 000 888 during business hours, or by emailing us at online@barbacoasevilla.com, within 24 hours of receipt.

This way, we can begin the claim process for the replacement of damaged merchandise at no charge to the customer. If these defects are not indicated on the shipping note or are not reported within the specified timeframe, we will not be able to process these claims.

Normally, shipments are made by courier companies outside of Barbacoa Seville, therefore, the courier is not obliged to place the goods inside the home or to assemble them.
