HOW TAEGER PELLET BARBECUES WORK:
Setting the temperature on your Traeger grill is as easy as turning on an oven. Digital controllers ensure you get accurate, consistent temperatures throughout your cooking.
All-natural hardwood pellets are delivered from the hopper to the fire pot via an auger, where they are ignited by the hot rod to fuel the flames and add delicious wood-burning flavor to your food. A fan circulates the heat and smoke for even, consistent cooking. A drip tray keeps flames away from food and prevents flare-ups. It all works with a controller that maintains an exact temperature, so you can spend more time with the people you care about and less time staring at the grill.

The digital display temperature controller makes setting the barbecue temperature as easy as turning on the oven and allows you to adjust the temperature in 5°C increments.
The cooking timer gives you the option to set reminders such as when it is time to sauté or check on the food.
IRON INCLUDED:
The barbecue comes with a cast iron griddle for added cooking versatility.
"KEEP WARM" MODE:
The barbecue has a "Keep Warm" mode to keep food warm. The "Keep Warm" function maintains the temperature of the barbecue at 74°C.
PELLET HOPPER:
