KAMADO BIG GREEN EGG LARGE is unique in its design, based on an ancient Asian "Kamado" oven, which in addition to grilling can fry, smoke, steam and slow cook.

Made with an excellent quality ceramic, developed by NASA, which has insulating properties.

The barbecue consists of a ceramic extinguishing hood, a cast iron valve to regulate air intake, a ceramic lid with a chimney that opens and closes easily, and a temperature gauge to accurately determine the internal temperature.

It also includes a stainless steel grill, a heat-diffusing fire ring, a reinforced base grill, a ceramic charcoal tray like the rest of its base, and a front draft that also controls the air intake, but from the bottom.

The cooking surface has a capacity for 8 people. Easily cook different ingredients simultaneously thanks to the wide variety of accessories offered by the Half Moon range.

The most important basic accessories for the Big Green Egg are: ConvEGGtor, which allows you to transform the barbecue into an oven, the base with wheels, which makes it easy to move and work at an ideal height, a 4.5 kg bag of organic charcoal, which quickly reaches high temperatures and maintains them for a long time, and finally a tool for removing ashes.
