Half stone conveggtor (Large) Big Green Egg

The Coveggtor Big Green Egg half stone is a ceramic heat deflector that protects food from direct contact with the heat source. Ideal for baking bread, desserts, and other baked goods. With the Coveggtor half stone, you can cook indirectly on one half of the cooking rack, while keeping the other half available for grilling meats or vegetables.

Designed to be a "non-burning zone stone," this half stone allows you to cook in two zones, giving you a complete half where you can cook food without worrying about burning. Combining two stones maximizes the cooking area.

If you use the convEGGtor, it has the smallest diameter, which means food around the edges can burn. Therefore, combining two half-stones is ideal for cooking large quantities at lower temperatures, such as chicken wings.

The Half convEGGtor stone is made of Big Green Egg ceramic.
