The possibilities are endless. A constant dripping of fat and/or juices from your ingredients will fall onto them as they rotate, infusing them with even more flavor. You can use the Rotisserie Set with or without the convEGGtor, depending on what you're cooking and the temperature of the Egg.

Simply place the spit ring onto the ceramic base and insert the spit into the ring. Then, close the EGG lid so you can, as always, control the temperature and combine the advantages of the EGG and the spit. Your food will be cooked to perfection thanks to the airflow in the EGG, the heat radiating from the ceramic, and the rotation of the spit. The spit ring is made of galvanized steel, and the spit, as well as the accompanying forks, are made of stainless steel. The spit rotates thanks to a quiet yet powerful 220-240 volt motor that ensures consistent rotation.
