Main features of the OFYR 75 Corten Model

The OFYR 75 Corten barbecue aims to bring the barbecue experience to a smaller garden or patio. Although the cooking unit is compact in size, it still offers a large cooking surface, making it the perfect companion for intimate family gatherings or everyday outdoor cooking adventures. Like the OFYR Classic models, this cooking group allows for griddle cooking, with a plate that can reach temperatures of up to 300°C.

This model includes a 5-piece base, making the OFYR 75 Corten much lighter compared to other cooking units and very easy to assemble at home. It also features the Airflow Plate, a game-changer in wood-burning cooking. This innovative system improves the efficiency of wood combustion and minimises smoke formation, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable cooking experience.

The base and bowl are made of weather-resistant steel. Thanks to a chemical process, Corten steel has a protective layer on its surface that increases its resistance to atmospheric corrosion compared to other steels. This makes OFYR products, as signs of corrosion appear, take on the characteristics of authentic classical statues. The natural corrosion layer protects against rust perforation.

The cooking plate is extremely heat-resistant and prevents it from warping due to the heat of the fire. Another advantage is that it is easy to clean. Our cooking plate is also thicker than most cooking plates. This provides better heat conduction and prevents the plate from warping. During the manufacturing process, the cooking plate is stamped in such a way that the inner edge is lower than the outer edge. As a result, the oil runs inwards and not outwards from the plate. Our cooking plate guarantees high quality so that you can enjoy a worry-free cooking session.
